Our Promise

At Goboard of Trade, we guarantee a consistent, high-quality water bottle that meets strict safety standards—delivered on time and exactly as promised. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery.

All returned items must be unused, undamaged, and include original packaging and labels in their original condition.

In addition, your purchase is protected by a lifetime manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase, covering eligible faults or defects.


30-Day No-Reason Returns

If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused and undamaged
  • Labels, tags, and original packaging must be intact

Refund Terms:

  • You will receive a partial refund (item price minus shipping fees).
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless we are at fault.
  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive the returned item.

How to Request a Return:

Email us at support@gooboard.com with:

  • Your reason for return
  • Order number
  • Clear images or video of the product

Once approved, return the item to our warehouse. You may be asked to provide the return tracking number.

If the return is customer-initiated, return shipping fees apply. If the return is due to an error or defect on our part, Goboard of Trade will cover the shipping.


Order Cancellations

Before Shipment:

Cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund. Email support@gooboard.com with your:

  • Order number
  • Recipient’s name or email

Your refund will be processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.

After Shipment:

If more than 24 hours have passed but your item hasn’t been delivered:

  • Refuse delivery upon arrival
  • A full refund minus shipping costs will be issued after we receive the return

Returns & Exchanges

Defective Item:

If your item is defective or faulty, contact us at support@gooboard.com before sending it back. We’ll offer a full refund or replacement.

Wrong Item Received:

If you received the wrong item, you have two options:

  • Keep it and receive a partial refund, or
  • Request a free return label and we’ll send the correct item after receiving the original one

Item Damaged in Transit:

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Refuse delivery, if possible
  • Otherwise, contact us immediately at support@gooboard.com with photos/videos of the damage

We’ll file a damage claim and, upon confirmation, offer a replacement or full refund.

Missing or Lost Package:

If your item is lost in transit, email support@gooboard.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Tracking number

We’ll open a lost package claim, which may take up to 7 days for resolution.


Warranty Exemptions & Notes

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage due to misuse or accidents
  • Any signs of tampering

If the product is damaged due to user actions, the warranty is void. However, you may purchase replacement parts (if available) at the original price, plus shipping.

If you ordered the wrong item, we offer an exchange or refund, but return shipping is your responsibility.


Warranty Request Instructions

To initiate a warranty claim, please:

  1. Describe the issue in detail (what, when, and how it occurred)
  2. Include your order number
  3. List any steps you’ve taken to resolve the issue
  4. Provide the item code from the packaging
  5. Attach clear photos or videos showing the issue (in good lighting)
